Return Conditions:
Before requesting a return, it must be ensured that the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
The products to be returned must be sent back with the invoice or order number during the purchase process.

To request a return, please contact our customer service or create a return request through your masemas account.
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions regarding the return process and the address information you need to return it to.
Once the return and inspection of the products is completed, the refund process will be initiated and your payment will be refunded to your payment method, excluding shipping fees. Refund time may vary depending on your bank and payment method.
Non-Returnable Products: Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
If personal hygiene products (e.g. underwear, personal care products) are returned after use.
Specially prepared or personalized products in line with special demands.
Products whose original packaging is damaged or lost.
